MINISTRIES

As a community of believers, we seek to introduce people to Jesus Christ and to nurture their faith through all ages and stages of life.

Backpack Project

The Backpack Project falls under the direction of the Outreach Committee.  Volunteers pack bags for the Backpack Project on the third Tuesday of each month at 10 AM.  FCC has been challenged to collect 900 fruit cups (peaches, pears, applesauce, fruit cocktail, etc.) by December 15th.  FCC also collects pop tarts, breakfast bars, individual serving size cereal cups, pop top cans of ravioli, soup and spaghetti and meatballs, Vienna sausages, non-refrigerated pudding cups.  Please no items containing peanut oil, peanut butter due to so many peanut allergies.  All items may be left in the coat closet in the Backpack Project tub.

Choir

The Chancel Choir rehearses each Wednesday evening at 7 PM and sings each Sunday during the 11 AM worship service.  The Festival Choir performs for special occasions.  The choirs are directed by our Associate Minister, David Pilkinton.  If you are interested in singing with the choir, contact the church office at 633-3345.

We are also happy to have instrumentalists for our praise band that plays during the 11 AM worship service.
